Prima Power Laserdyne Announces Organizational Changes to Support its Growing Global Customer Base

Prima Power Laserdyne, a world leader in precision multi-axis laser processing systems, announced today organizational changes in response to the company’s growing customer base and demand for its new products.

Dr. Aaron Montello has been named Product Manager for the LASERDYNE® product line. Dr. Montello has been a Product Engineer for Prima Power Laserdyne since joining the company three years ago. He has been involved in several important development projects including the company’s next generation Optical Focus Control used for accurate laser beam focus on ceramic and nonmetal surfaces. He has designed hardware for autogenous and wire feed laser welding and is the inventor of Prima Power Laserdyne’s patent-pending SmartShield™ laser welding nozzle assembly.

Mr. Tim Hawkes has joined Prima Power Laserdyne in the newly created position of Senior Project Manager. Mr. Hawkes has over 20 years project management experience working for engineered systems and manufacturing companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Science degree from the Air Force Institute of Technology in Dayton, Ohio and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Dr. Mohammed Naeem, Senior Manager, Business Development, has assumed responsibility for Applications Engineering for Prima Power Laserdyne. Prior to joining the company two years ago, Dr. Naeem was with GSI/Lumonics, Rugby, UK, where he was for over 20 years responsible for developing and implementing laser processes for leading industrial customers in aerospace, automotive and electronics throughout the world.
